Steel handrail

We need another handrail the same as the one pictured, to be put on the opposite wall, so the stairs will be safer for an older person to hold both rails to come down the stairs. I would like this within two to three weeks please. Balance is fast becoming a problem The existing rail is 4.56metres long and 5cms in diameter. There are four welded on brackets
