Replacing balustrading

This job is for supply and installation. We have some flats where the external balustrades are non-compliant, rusty and quite old fashioned. I would like to improve the look of the outside by replacing them with simple but smart-looking powder-coated balustrades. Attached are photos of the existing balustrades. The approximate lineal dimensions are 4, 8 and 6 metres – so a total of about 18 metres of balustrade. What I am after at this stage is just a ball-park estimate.
