Attic stair installation

We have a single level house in royal Oak, with a standard roof space access through a square manhole. We would like to install a pull down attic staircase in the hallway to replace this, to aid in easier access so we can store possessions in the roof space with ease. We can purchase the unit if easiest, or tradesman can get through their preferred supplier.
