Repair or replace exterior staircase at unit apartment block
Job description
Hi there, One of our apartment block's exterior staircases has two broken stairs. We're unsure if it's better to just replace the whole staircase as a number of the stairs look like they could be rotting. It looks like they were reinforced at one stage, and one step has been replaced. Years of neglect meant they weren't well looked after, but we have a new body corp team to sort this out. It wasn't a big job so unsure on large scale work craftsmanship, but Jose was so easy to work with and he did a great job. He was the only builder to reply to my message, and it was only a matter of days before he was able to complete the job. I was away on completion of the job and Jose sent photos too, which I appreciated.
