Build Exterior Stairs with pre-formed Concrete Steps
Job description
We have 4 pre-formed concrete steps (1050mm x 330mm x 60mm thick) and each has a threaded insert on the underside for fixing. We would like an experienced tradesperson to install these so we have stairs from our deck down to the lawn. May not require all 4 steps. Not sure if we also need a handrail? Photos of stairwell location and a step attached. We don't muck around - once we've accepted a quote, we would like the work to start (and finish) within 3 weeks. Fresh baking and hot drinks on offer too :-)

We're very happy with the job Mike completed for us. Even though timber stairs would have been easier and cheaper to build, I had my heart set on using some pre-formed (and insanely heavy) concrete steps instead. Mike put on his thinking cap and the result is a very attractive - and immovable - set of polished concrete stairs. We paid the price quoted for the work, and the job was completed in very good time. Plus Mike spotted another small job on our 'to do' list and did it for us for free. Will definitely be recommending MPV Building Services to others.
