Handyperson loose ends to get house in order for baby (attic stairs at least)

I enjoy doing my own handy person activities, though am at a pinch for time in order to get the house sorted for a baby to arrive at the end of the month, so need to ask for some help.

Keen to get the attic stairs installed into the roof. I have the stairs, and some sheets of ply for the ceiling flooring.

It is a higher ceiling than average at 3.4m so thats likely the main consideration. I would have to have most tools at our place, just not a drop saw (if needed). Of street parking in our drive. Market Rd end of Remuera/Newmarket.

For the right rates, there are likely some other tasks to do down the track as funds permit. Keen for a garden shed in the yard, skirting boards, wallpaper hung, pavers etc.
