solar consultant

hi, I'm looking for a solar consultant to work out what components I need to buy for a full solar system that I can switch between the grid and off grid. i.e. a 12kw hybrid inverter suitable for 3 phase wiring. I am not looking for a company to do a whole package. I just want to know what components are compatible with each other so that I can buy them myself. I need to generate at least 40kWh per day. It's such a complex subject that I want to make sure I get compatible parts. Consultancy only.
