Old solar hot water pump/panel repair

I need someone to provide an insurance damage report and quote for repair/replacement of an extremely old solar hot water system. We believe the system was installed when our house was built in the 70s. Yesterday the pump blew a fuse and stopped working. It will not turn on now fuse has been reset. We went on the roof to look at the solar panels to see if we could find a reason the pump had stopped and noticed several small holes in the panels that look like they were made by the hail storm on Sunday. The repair is not urgent as we can use the electrical back up, but a quote for the insurance company to get things started before Christmas would be good. Someone with experience of old systems like this will be preferred. A photo of the pump is attached.
