Install skylights in two bedrooms

THE PROJECT: -Install skylights in two bedrooms. We would like a Velux VSS- --- mmH) Solar powered opening skylight or similar and light shaft installed in each bedroom. -As the skylights are for bedrooms, they while need a remote controlled full blackout blind. -We would like the skylights plastered and painted as part of the job. -As the skylight will be in the area where the current light fitting is we will need a couple of down lights installed elsewhere in the ceiling by an electrician. THE HOUSE AND SITE: -The house is a 1916 single-storey villa with news-ish pitched Colorsteel roof -The section has flat access with a carport for off-street parking and electricity if needed for working in with tools -Located in Wellington City
