Skylight replacement - Hataitai

Current skylight (triangular aluminium frame) has cracked glass, is leaking and needs replacement. Work will involve providing water-tight seals and ensuring all current cracks in wooden supports are leak-proof and weather-proof. Estimate skylight is 1.5 metres long on two sides and about 3 metres on longest side. Current skylight is about 30 years old. Surrounding roof of corrugated Colorsteel was installed four years ago. Nearby leak damage needs to be assessed (may be related to skylight or not).
