Single story house - easy access of about 1.5m to get to the roof. I have a new Velux skylight (fixed) and surround piece that's about 1m x1m from memory. I've had in storage for two years but have decided to use on this house (suitable for corrugated iron). It would be good to have installed while other renos are taking place (and room is being relined). It might take 2 weeks before I can get the skylight into town. It would also be good to replace the clearlite strips with iron at the same time.
