Sun Tunnel Skylight install. Highbury.

We would like to install a skylight in our kitchen. We are looking for a Solar Tube / Sun Tunnel style solution. The house is a 1914 style Bunglow. Access in the attic for installation is decent. The attached pictures show the back of the house roofing where the dome would be located, and the interior shows a hole in the ceiling, between the two downlights where the skylight would ideally be installed. It would be helpful to get an estimate/price range for a unit and install. Thanks
