New Skylight

Install new velux fixed skylight(s) in kitchen area. Kitchen is on the ground floor of the property. Skylight would probably be best on the South side, which is the side closest to the fence in photos (refer exterior shot_. There is an existing sun tunnel which is in the area of the kitchen that we'd like the skylight to be .(refer interior shot). We'd like to line the ceiling as well to frame the skylight. There is good access to roof, inside and out. Site is drive on with off street parking. Really keen to get this job done soon, eg before Christmas where possible.
