Install new skylight

I'd like a skylight supplied and installed to increase light in my kitchen/dining room. The first photo shows roughly where I'd like it. Other information: 1. I have a concrete tile roof, so it would need to be installed into that. 2. There are some structural timbers in the roof space, some of which might need to be cut through. So I need a builder/installer who is experienced enough with that sort of thing to make sure that the roof doesn't collapse :-) The second photo is just one that I found on the internet, but gives a rough idea of what I'd like it to look like afterwards (all painted white though).
