Skylight slight leak

I have older style (bubble) skylight that is leaking when the wind and rain is just right. It's just a slow small drip. Needs solving and sealing by someone skilled.

Skylight condensation

Have recently got new roof done and skylight flashings done. However, after the roofing, it is noticed during heavy rain, there is condensation on the skylight. Not sure its a flashing issue or skylight rubber seal issue.

Skylights delights

I have two skylights already in my flat roof flat. I'm getting the roof replaced and want to keep the skylights because the rooms they are above have no other natural lighting. Not interested in sola tubes because on dull days they don't let in enough light or sun at any time.
