Replacement of old skylights--ASAP please, it's raining in our house

Our house has two skylights, and I've been told that it looks like the flashings have been held together with silicon for a few years. The silicon is no longer enough to keep water from pouring into our house when it rains. At this point I'd like to replace the whole hot mess with new flashings and newer skylights. My timeline is as soon as possible so it stops raining in our house.
