2 X tubular skylights to be installed into a new build (currently up to cladding stage) - 8 deg pitch so requires a suitable low pitch sun tunnel. Area is easy to access (right next to attic with ladder) and roof cavity is approx 1.6 in this area so it's accessible. I have all of the house plans to assist with quoting the job BUT the PDF cannot be uploaded to this page so I will have to email it through for you to confirm the job pricing etc. As drawn in to the floor plan (position need not be exact) there is one in the laundry and one in the entry space. If funds permitted I may also add in another 1-2 tunnels. In my ideal world these would be installed by the end of April. We are about 12km out of Cambridge.
