skylight leaking

the skylight is leaking. It only happens when the rain comes from south east/east as in the last few days. I had the roof (monier tiles) cleaned and tiles replaced recently. The roofer also ensured the lead flashing was secured and leak proof. However, when it rained (heavy) yesterday, the skylight leaked, The roofer came back and looked at the roof and lead flashing itself this morning. He has taken photographs, (which I will send to you when I receive them), but explained it was the flashing in the skylight itself that needs lifting. He believes it is out of his scope of skills
