Install a skylight, approx --- in a steel roof between the rafters. The distance between the steel and the ceiling is approx 300mm (thickness of the roof) The roof is 3rd storey but easily accessible from the floor. If access to the outside of the roof was necessary thats not too hard and no scaffolding would be required. I do not need it to open and it must be 100% waterproof, so I would prefer someone who specialises in skylights. No particular time frame, just ASAP.
