Skylight replacement

The existing skylight is leaking and needs to be replaced. I am looking for options and quotes to include : 1. Removal of old frame, glass, flashings and concrete roof tiles and any cedar cladding as required. 2. Supply and fitting of replacement window, new flashings and refitting of tiles and cedar and/or replacement as necessary. 3. Repairs to any jib and making good inside as required to a standard good enough to be repainted. 4. Removal of all rubbish. This window is over a stairway to a downstairs rumpus room and is NOT on a roof, it is no more than 1.8m off the ground at the side of the house. Job to be completed within 2 months
