We tried a couple company’s that specialise in Skylights. They showed up but never sent the quotes after several months. We sent manyl emails, texts and phone calls with no response. Christophe came out to quote the project when he said he would, ordered a custom skylight (to fit the same size of the old one) from a reputable company and did a great job putting it in. Christophe is very polite, conscientious, respectful and cleans up after the job. Thank you Christophe.

Assess and repair leaking skylight

The skylight was non-standard size and access was difficult. All this was managed well and the finished result looks great, although, as it's on the roof we haven't examined it closely. The team even did some additional maintenance work while the scaffolding was up which is very much appreciated. Communication was clear, prompt and professional. An initial minor glitch held up the job until after Christmas but RMS ensured that disruption was minimised and communication was maintained.
