Install Skylight interior + Install Bathroom Fan/Heatlamp

2 smaller jobs First - Needs to be completed around late August/September when our roof is getting re-done. We need a builder do the interior part of the skylight installation. The skylight is a VELUX --- mmx 997mm to be installed in our hallway. The roofers will install the outer window and flashings. 2. We'd also like to install a proper ventilation fan + heat lamp combo in our bathroom but this might not be work for the same builder. This can happen any time.
