Skylight - Draught Issue To Be Fixed

Hi there, I am in the process of getting my property ready to rent. Just had a healthy home assessment done. I have one internal bedroom with a fixed skylight. The skylight is slightly open which ticks the box for ventilation however it also causes a draught so looking for a way to fix this either with some sort of shutter or replace the skylight to an open/close option. Would appreciate someone coming to have a look and advise/quote. Many thanks Celia
