Install skylight or window

I currently have an existing older sky window, non-opening, that sometimes leaks. I want to replace this with a newer model. It would be fitting into an existing position and size, through corrugated metal roofing, and would need a timber frame to match other windows and style of house. Job to start late Nov/early Dec.
