Skylight leaking - check flashing/rubber seals (approx 2012 build.)

Have an internal leak through our skylight in Hamilton. Multi pitch roof. Velux have been contacted and are 90% sure this is not one of theirs. Occurs when wind is strong west/south west with heavy rain. Not a velux unit.
