Drip! drip! drip!

The skylight above our stairwell has a very slow but persistent leak during heavy rains. It started when the wind was in only some directions , but has lately occurred in any rain. It does not start immediately but when what appears to be a capillary process starts. Pictures are available and from them it looks as though the flashing is integral. perhaps a new seating of the skylight assembly?
