Fix perspex skylight that has moved in alimunium frame

We have six skylights in our portico, they are perspex in an aluminium frame with rubber seals. With three of them the rubber has slipped in the frame. From the looks of it, the roof flashing would need to be lifted the top frame of the skylight removed and the perspex the fixed back into place before re-install top frame then flashing. Probably not a huge job but one I don't feel I have the expertise for! As we are looking to sell our house hoping to have it done in the next 2-3 weeks.
