Skylight repair in Flagstaff

I contact you regarding the problem I recently found with my skylight window on the roof of the second floor of my building. It has started leaking when it is raining. I attached some photos to understand what is its condition and what solution can you propose? It seems it needs a good silicon around as its silicon has been cracked (and detached) over the time.
