Replacing Skylights

We need 2 skylights removed and replaced with Velux Skylights in the upper floor of our home. The new skylights (supplied) are 1 x Velux FS M04 Fixed 780 x 980mm (foyer) and 1 x VS C04 Manual opening 550 x 980mm (toilet). The existing gib linings of the existing lightshafts need to be removed and reconciled to fit the new skylights with new timber as necessary and lined with 10mm standard gib. There may need to be new decklite flashing for the chimney and one skylight vent as this flashing may run into the new skylight flashings. All work must be done as per manufacturers specifications or appropriate building code. If you can provide appropriate second storey roof protection then we'd like this done as soon as possible and prior to winter. If you can't provide this then the job will need to be coordinated with the exterior painting to be done this year.
