Skylight Installation with combined extraction unit

We have an existing residential property located around the hamilton lake. We are wanting to install a skylight that has an extraction unit in it within the roof of the main bathroom as it is dark and the existing extractor is on the wall and not effective. Is anyone able to assist us with this and experienced in this type of work. Access to the roof and bathroom is good. There is no roof cavity so this is why we want a combined unit installed. We would want someone to come and take a look and advise and give a quote please first (supply & install) to ensure the outcome we are after can be achieved. Thanks very much
