Skylight repair - water tightness

We have recently bought a villa and have noticed that there is moisture in our skylight. Although there are no leaks (yet) from the second story you can look down and see the moisture under the glass in the wooden framing. We would like a quote on how this can be made watertight before it causes more damage. If you zoom the picture you will see the wet wood framing. Not the best pictures due to the sunny day. Thanks
