SkyLight repair #2

The skylight here above the entry is leaking - it had repairs last year but now has further issue. It is leaking from the bottom where the stoppers have come away. Can you please assess and price..Please assess the mechanics of how the glass is being held into place and best options for repair. Would it also be possible to take a look at the other skylight (over the kitchen) to see how it is attached/held in place to understand its longevity and safety is? Thank you and regards, Matthew
