Skylight "boxes" easily accessible in attic space above bathroom. Pics of view from bathroom and in attic space. I'd like to have a quotation for a closed skyligh in my living room. I was thinking on something approx. 900mm x 1300mm). Ground floor, roof is corrugated steel, 10 degrees of pitch or less. There is about 20 or 30 cm between the ceiling and the roof. Only electrical cabling for the lamps inside. Property is a townhouse unit, built in 2014.

When it rains, some water comes in through crack and/or the edge of old-style fixed skylight. It’s fairly easy to access from upstairs balcony and small sloped roof. Maybe could be fixed rather than replaced (I hope) by sealing it somehow.

Have a leak around a skylight (Velux) unit. Initially thought it was a plumbing issued due to water damage in plasterboard, but plumber thinks it is the skylight flashings. There is also interior damage to frame so might need new seals too. Have a second sky light that has could be inspected and cleaned to remove mould at the same time.

We have long ladders and scaffolding available to use! The bathroom is completely stripped back at the moment and we would be keen to get this done before we start re-gibbing etc inside!
