Conservatory roof replace n add skylight

3050 x 3750mm conservatory roof with gentle slope at back of townhouse. Wanting to put metal roof on the outside, and insulation/gib on the inside to regulate temperature in both summer and winter. with skylight within one panel. Current conservatory consented. Wanting site visit to provide a quote, but keen to get work completed soon prior to winter. Access to back via park as well as front.
