I would not use this tradesperson again. Instead of following Builderscrack's protocol, this tradie likes to ring the customer directly and was not totally honest with his fees. Asks many personal questions which I found unprofessional and his advice to fix the problem was highly impractical. Talks a lot thereby stretching the timeframe given.
