Remove the old skylight because it is leaking around it when it rains.

Hi I need a help to fix the leaking roof. When it rains there is a leak around the skylight so that I think that the skylight should be removed. Below is a description of work that is required - - demolish an existing skylight - new roof underlay to affected area - new roof tiles matching existing over affected area - line, prep and paint interior walls where affected - scaffolding is likely required - ensure weathertightness I have attached photos depicting the affected area.
