Check dome skylight for leaks and repair or replace it if needed.

We suspect that a dome skylight on our roof is leaking and need it checked & repaired or replaced. In the last two months I already contacted at least four outfits found via Google that advertise as skylight repair places in Auckland. None of them have responded to any text messages, online forms filled out, or voicemails left on their contact numbers. This has become very frustrating. Any help would be much appreciated.
