Skylight leak

I have a leak in my skylight tried to repair it four times and un able to stop the leak, but have slowed it down. Will need replacing I have two of them in the bathroom and laundry. I am a top unit on a second story. Would like some quotes looking at putting in one sky light that opens and one that is fixed closed.
