Job is to install a solatube or similar product to supply light into a windowless bathroom in a terraced unit. The bathroom is on the third floor, the roof is pitched and is tiled. There is a roof space, with access from a bedroom. Scaffolding will be in place (for getting a heat pump). Ideally I would like someone who is also able to supply and install an exhaust vent to the attic. The exhaust vent and solatube chosen should be able to be maintained from the interior (as scaffolding required to access the exterior) I am looking for a quality install that can guarantee water tightness, and have a decent warranty in place. I am also interested in looking at a "dimmer" add-on due to night-shifts. I will be assessing for any tile damage (will take photos before) due to neighbours having previous problems with tradespeople breaking tiles without informing them. A guarantee needs to be in place that any broken tiles would be replaced.
