Repair

I have bathroom on 2nd floor. & their is one skylight glass. sometime in rains water is leaking from their. I think it need s to do waterproofing again or fill the gaps.. Also their is one more skylight on 2nd floor. Sometimes I feel the same in heavy rain.Photos are attached herewith.
