New skylight installation

Hi, we are getting a new roof put on. We have an existing skylight which is at the end of its life and will be removed. So once the new roof is on, we'll be wanting a new skylight. We are not sure whether to go a solatube or a fixed skylight (we don't want an opening skylight) so interested in prices for both. Cheers, Kate & Dan
