Apartments Sign and Layout map for frontage #6

We are looking for a slightly art deco themed sign for the front of our buildings with a layout map to replace existing similar old tattered wooden one. Full sign text details (showing address) will be provided later. Designs ideas please that will not rust, peel, fade or need repainting, just simple wipe down maintenance ideally. E.g. White easy clean acrylic background with art deco surround flourishes (example matches the buildings), with raised (3D) lettering attached (in a non rusting way), including the map layout as shown. This will be attached to outside wooden posts/trellis area above mailboxes. Dimensions approx. 120 cm (same as width of mailboxes) x 60cm +/-
