sign installation

I have ready made accessories for a sign from before. Wondering what the cost would be to Put it together and up in front of our building. The vinyl is 1200 by 1200 and needs to be preferably stuck to a panel of some sort and the numbers is --- which are like the uploaded T ( 25 cm tall) preferably all this gets put on a panel and up on the wall about 3 to 4 metres up the wall.
