Wrap vehicle roof

We have an old van and the paint is degraded on the roof. We’re looking for a cost effective option to cover it that looks good, and have been told that a wrap would work well. Just looking at the top of the van as circled - ie just the bit above the windscreen backwards. There are some vinyl stars in there that may need to be removed first. We’re looking for good, but not necessarily perfect.
