Garden shed purchase advice + concrete pad laid + shed install

I am looking to purchase a probably tin garden shed - perhaps about 1.5m x 3m or something similar. I would like to lay a concrete base pad and then anchor the shed to this. Full install including concrete pad, shed construction (probably with wooden floor) and anchorage to the concrete pad. Property is in a high wind zone. I am open to advice/suggestions on exactly how to do this and which shed to buy.
