1 new storage shed and new door to existing shed required for Early Childhood Centre

I manage an Early Childhood Centre. I need a registered builder to install 1 lockable shed and a new door to an existing one out in the play area for children's storage equipment ie; bikes, blocks, painting equipment, sandpit toys etc. Builder can come in to discuss and recommend size of sheds sufficient for the playground area.
