I need a wooden base for a 3.45 x 6m tin shed with a concrete driveway going up to it. Base must be strong enough to take a small boat on its trailer. Power from house for lights and plug points. Potential of more decking/walling type work at this property for the right tradie as well as an extension to the existing outside office.
