Lean to shed for outdoor laundry

Hi, we would like to move our laundry outside into a small narrow shed. The position we'd like to move it to will require a concrete slab removal and landscaping in order to fit it in. We'd like a wooden shed so we can paint it the same as the house. Plumbing and electrics can be organised separately. So the job will require some landscaping, possibly paving to replace where concrete slab is? And leveling of the ground to enable the shed to be built and building the shed (we can look at kitset options if that is your recommendation). Photos below.
