Old shed removal and replacement

This shed at our rental property needs to be thrown away and replaced. Unfortunately the brick wall behind it is toppling over so needs repair first. In the mean time I'd like to put arrangements in place to have the shed replaced. I'd appreciate some guidance on what shed to buy also as I want something that will stand the test of time.
