Concrete Slab for Lifestyle Shed

I require a concrete slab laid for a duratuff life style shed. The shed dimensions are 6 by 4.8 M. The basic tickness needs to be 100 MM. Around the edges it must be 200MM deep by 200 MM. The sit is flat and is located in Elizabeth Street Orewa. I will supply Poleythene to go under the concrete and steel mesh. I would like a quote to prepare the base and lay the concrete.
